Does SoA consider watch time or just views?

Currently, SoA considers total views and engagement, as these are the data most consistently accessible via API. Since Winnin works exclusively with public data, watch time is not available for collection from platform APIs and therefore does not form part of the metric. The evolution of the metric is under constant review as new possibilities arise.
