What does it mean for TikTok to be in beta?

Currently, since TikTok does not yet have a developed and available API, the data being shared in this beta testing phase of the program we are promoting is collected automatically. Thus, at this time, we are only collecting public data, that is, data that the user of the short video platform has chosen to make public so that it can be shared on the platform itself and between platforms (the Direct Public Rights format), allowing its modification, sharing and transmission in any format or platform.

This data, as well as that collected from other video platforms, is anonymized and used only for analysis and comparison. In this way, we ensure the privacy of the data collected, as well as the rights of the originating platforms to use such data for the purposes for which it originated.

At Winnin, we are very transparent and advocates for data protection and legality. Therefore, the collection of public data from short videos in the current format, while legal according to decisions of the United States Court of Appeals, is for us a temporary (test) format, with the sole purpose of developing our tool so that it can handle the qualified data that will be released by the API when it becomes available.

All data from other platforms fully available on Winnin Insights is collected through their respective APIs.
