How to access sentiment analysis?
Sentiment Overview
- Access Winnin Intelligence.
- In the left-side menu, click on the Brand tab.
- Within the Brand section, locate and click on the Overview tab.
- Below the main graph on this page, you will find the sentiment overview of your brand in three distinct boxes: Positive, Negative, and Neutral. This overview is generated from the analysis and aggregation of sentiments expressed in the titles and descriptions of UGC (User Generated Content) videos.
- Within each of these boxes, the larger number indicates the percentage of UGC (User Generated Content) videos that were classified with that specific sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral).
- The smaller number, accompanied by an arrow, represents the percentage change in that sentiment compared to the previous period selected in the filter located in the top right corner of the page. An upward arrow indicates an increase, while a downward arrow indicates a decrease.
Individual Video View
- By clicking on the "Positive" or "Negative" boxes, you will be redirected to a page with the videos classified under that sentiment.
- On this page, below each video, you will find a colored sentiment indicator (green, red, and gray). This indicator displays the predominant sentiment in that video's comments, with green being positive, red being negative, and gray representing neutral comments.
Important: The sentiment classification of a video (positive or negative) is based on the analysis of its title and description. However, the progress bar reflects the sentiment of the comments. Therefore, a video classified as positive may have a predominantly red bar if the comments express negative sentiments, and vice versa.
